These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoalWithMe mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is owned and operated by JC Behavioral Consulting INC under the GoalWithMe name. In these Terms, "GoalWithMe," "we," "us," and "our" refer to JC Behavioral Consulting INC.

By creating an account, accessing, or using GoalWithMe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a GoalWithMe account or use the Service.

By using GoalWithMe, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are legally able to agree to these Terms.

2. Your Account

GoalWithMe may use Sign in with Apple to authenticate your account. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Apple Account, device, and access credentials.

You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, except to the extent caused by a security failure for which GoalWithMe is legally responsible.

3. Purpose of GoalWithMe

GoalWithMe is designed to help users:

• Create clear commitments
• Track progress toward those commitments
• Choose another person to serve as an accountability partner
• Share selected progress information with that partner
• Submit completion information for review or verification

GoalWithMe provides tools to support accountability. It does not guarantee that you or another user will complete a commitment, provide accurate information, respond to a request, or behave in any particular way.

4. GoalWithMe Is Not Professional or Emergency Advice

GoalWithMe is a general-purpose accountability tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, psychological, behavioral, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

GoalWithMe is not an emergency service and should not be used to seek help during an emergency or crisis.

If you believe that you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services or qualified emergency resources in your location.

5. Your Commitments and Decisions

You are responsible for the commitments you create and for deciding whether a commitment is appropriate, safe, lawful, and realistic for you.

GoalWithMe does not review, approve, endorse, prescribe, or guarantee the safety or appropriateness of individual commitments.

You should not create or participate in a commitment that:

• Requires or encourages illegal activity
• Creates an unreasonable risk of injury or harm
• Encourages self-harm, violence, abuse, or exploitation
• Requires another person to participate without consent
• Violates the rights of another person
• Conflicts with professional advice you have received

6. Accountability Partners

You choose whether to invite or accept another person as an accountability partner.

Accountability partners are individual users of the Service. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are not employees, agents, representatives, counselors, coaches, clinicians, or professional service providers of GoalWithMe or JC Behavioral Consulting INC.

You should only share information with an accountability partner you trust.

GoalWithMe does not guarantee:

• The identity or intentions of another user
• The accuracy of information provided by another user
• That an accountability partner will respond
• That an accountability partner will verify a submission
• That users will agree about whether a commitment was completed

7. User Content

"User Content" includes information you create, upload, submit, or share through GoalWithMe, including:

• Commitment titles and descriptions
• Progress information
• Notes
• Photos and other evidence
• Completion submissions
• Verification information

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant JC Behavioral Consulting INC the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, display, transmit, and share that content as needed to operate GoalWithMe and provide the features you request.

For example, when you submit progress information to an accountability partner, GoalWithMe may process and display that information to the partner so the accountability feature can function.

8. Your Responsibilities for User Content

You are responsible for User Content you submit.

You agree not to upload, create, or share content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activity
• Threatens, harasses, abuses, or exploits another person
• Promotes violence or self-harm
• Contains sexually exploitative or unlawful material
• Violates another person's privacy
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
• Contains malicious software or harmful code
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or intentionally misleading
• Is otherwise prohibited by our Safety & Acceptable Use Rules

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload or share any photo or other content you submit through GoalWithMe.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use GoalWithMe to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse another person
• Pressure or coerce another person into a commitment
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or system
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
• Use automated systems to scrape or misuse the Service
• Reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law permits it
• Use GoalWithMe for unlawful purposes

10. Safety, Reporting, and Enforcement

GoalWithMe may provide tools for reporting concerning content, inappropriate conduct, or suspected violations of these Terms or our Safety & Acceptable Use Rules.

We may review reports and take action that we reasonably believe is appropriate, including restricting features, removing content, suspending access, or terminating an account.

We are not obligated to resolve personal disagreements between users, including disagreements about whether a commitment was completed.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using GoalWithMe, you acknowledge the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

GoalWithMe and its associated software, design, branding, graphics, text, and other materials are owned by JC Behavioral Consulting INC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms give you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of GoalWithMe or any intellectual property owned by JC Behavioral Consulting INC to you.

13. Third-Party Services

GoalWithMe may rely on or interact with services provided by third parties, including Apple services used for authentication, distribution, cloud infrastructure, and notifications.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

14. Availability and Changes to the Service

We may modify, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of GoalWithMe as the Service develops.

We do not guarantee that GoalWithMe will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using GoalWithMe at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service when we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated these Terms or applicable policies
• Your use creates a safety, security, or legal risk
• Fraudulent or abusive activity has occurred
• Suspension or termination is required by law

Where required, GoalWithMe will provide an in-app process for initiating account deletion.

16. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoalWithMe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

• That use of GoalWithMe will result in achievement of any goal
• That another user will provide accurate information
• That another user will act as expected
• That verification decisions will be correct or undisputed
• That the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JC Behavioral Consulting INC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

This includes, where legally permitted, losses arising from decisions you make, commitments you create, interactions with another user, content shared by users, loss of data, or inability to access the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as GoalWithMe develops or as legal, technical, or operational requirements change.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date and version number at the top of this page.

If changes materially affect your rights or responsibilities, we may provide additional notice or require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use GoalWithMe.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Safety & Acceptable Use Rules, and any additional terms presented for a particular feature, constitute the agreement between you and JC Behavioral Consulting INC concerning your use of GoalWithMe.
