This Privacy Policy explains how JC Behavioral Consulting INC, operating under the GoalWithMe name, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the GoalWithMe mobile application, website, and related services.

In this Privacy Policy, "GoalWithMe," "we," "us," and "our" refer to JC Behavioral Consulting INC.

By using GoalWithMe, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account and Sign-In Information

GoalWithMe uses Sign in with Apple to authenticate users. Depending on the choices you make when signing in, we may receive information such as:

• A unique Apple account identifier associated with GoalWithMe
• Your name, if you choose to provide it
• Your email address or an Apple-generated private relay email address, depending on your Sign in with Apple selections
• The display name you choose to use within GoalWithMe

GoalWithMe does not receive or store your Apple Account password.

Commitment and Progress Information

When you use GoalWithMe, you may create or provide information such as:

• Commitment titles and descriptions
• Goals, targets, dates, quantities, and completion criteria
• Progress check-ins
• Notes related to your progress
• Completion or noncompletion information
• Verification decisions made by an accountability partner

Accountability Partner Information

GoalWithMe is designed to allow users to participate in accountability relationships. Information associated with these relationships may include:

• The display names of participating users
• Invitations to participate as an accountability partner
• Acceptance or rejection of invitations
• Shared commitment information
• Progress and verification activity related to shared commitments

Photos and Other Evidence

You may choose to upload photos or other supported evidence as part of a progress check-in or completion submission. Providing image evidence is optional unless you choose to use a feature that requires it.

GoalWithMe accesses photos only when you choose to select or provide an image through the app. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and share any content you submit.

Notification Information

If you enable notifications, GoalWithMe may use device notification information to send alerts related to commitments, invitations, progress, verification requests, and other activity within the app. You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.

Technical Information

We may receive limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve GoalWithMe. This may include information such as app version, device or operating-system information, and diagnostic information made available through Apple services.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create and maintain your GoalWithMe account
• Authenticate you and restore access to your account
• Create, display, and track commitments
• Enable accountability relationships between users
• Share relevant commitment information with authorized partners
• Support progress check-ins and evidence
• Allow accountability partners to review and verify submissions
• Send notifications you have enabled
• Provide customer support and respond to questions
• Protect the safety, security, and integrity of the service
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve GoalWithMe
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

3. How Information Is Shared

With Your Accountability Partner

When you invite or accept another user as an accountability partner, information necessary for that accountability relationship may be shared with that person. Depending on the feature, this may include:

• Your display name
• The commitment you have chosen to share
• Progress check-ins and notes associated with that commitment
• Photos or other evidence you choose to submit
• Your final completion submission
• Verification or dispute information

You should only choose an accountability partner you trust. Information you intentionally share with another user may be seen, remembered, copied, or otherwise retained by that person outside of GoalWithMe.

With Service Providers

GoalWithMe relies on Apple services for functions such as authentication, application distribution, cloud storage and synchronization, notifications, and related infrastructure. Information may be processed by Apple as necessary to provide those services and is also subject to Apple's applicable privacy practices.

For Legal or Safety Reasons

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or valid governmental requests; enforce our terms or policies; investigate fraud, abuse, or security concerns; or protect the rights, safety, and security of JC Behavioral Consulting INC, GoalWithMe, our users, or others.

Business Transfers

If JC Behavioral Consulting INC or GoalWithMe is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate protections.

4. Cloud Storage and Synchronization

GoalWithMe may use Apple's CloudKit and iCloud infrastructure to store and synchronize app information across devices and to enable authorized sharing between users.

Some information may initially be stored locally on your device and, as cloud features are enabled, may also be stored or synchronized through Apple-provided cloud services.

When you participate in a shared accountability relationship, certain records may be made available to the other participating user as needed to provide that feature.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide GoalWithMe, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service.

The specific retention period may depend on the type of information, whether the information is part of an active or completed commitment, and whether the information must be retained for legal, safety, security, or operational reasons.

6. Your Choices and Controls

Depending on the feature and applicable law, you may be able to:

• Choose what commitment information you create
• Choose whether to provide optional notes or image evidence
• Choose who you invite or accept as an accountability partner
• Manage notification permissions through your device settings
• Sign out of GoalWithMe
• Request or initiate deletion of your GoalWithMe account
• Contact us with questions about your information

As GoalWithMe develops, additional privacy and account-management controls may be added to the app.

7. Account Deletion

GoalWithMe is designed to provide an in-app process for initiating account deletion. When you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify information associated with your account as reasonably required, subject to information we may need to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

Information that you shared with another user may remain visible to that user in some circumstances, particularly where retention is necessary to preserve the integrity of a shared interaction or where the other user has independently retained the information.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple Account, device, and any information you choose to share with an accountability partner.

9. Children

GoalWithMe is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit children under 18 to create GoalWithMe accounts.

If we learn that personal information has been collected from a person who is not eligible to use the service, we may take appropriate steps to delete the information and terminate the associated account.

10. No Sale of Personal Information or Third-Party Advertising

JC Behavioral Consulting INC does not sell personal information collected through GoalWithMe.

GoalWithMe does not use personal information for third-party targeted advertising.

If our practices materially change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and any applicable privacy disclosures before using information in a materially different way.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

GoalWithMe may contain links to external websites or rely on services provided by third parties, including Apple. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and JC Behavioral Consulting INC is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as GoalWithMe develops or as legal, technical, or operational requirements change.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date and version number shown at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle information, we may provide additional notice or require renewed acknowledgement where appropriate.
